About us

One Partner. Complete Industrial Solutions.

Premier Industrial Group is a family-owned contract manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial field services company built to solve the tough problems other suppliers can’t—or won’t—take on.

Our roots date back to 1962, when the company began providing single-source contract manufacturing services. In 2015, Nicholas and Brittany Koval purchased the business and expanded that original vision—bringing precision machining, welding, fabrication, machinery repair and maintenance, and industrial field services together under one roof.

Today, our field capabilities include pipefitting, millwright services, equipment installation, and emergency repairs. Headquartered in Weston, Ohio, with an additional facility in Fostoria, Premier Industrial Group combines deep engineering resources, modern manufacturing capabilities, and the expertise of more than 50 skilled professionals.

We serve manufacturers who need more than a vendor. They need a trusted partner who can take responsibility for complex, low-to-mid-volume projects—from concept and production to installation, maintenance, and emergency support—all on a single purchase order.

Why Customers Choose Premier Industrial Group

One Partner for the Entire Project

Complex industrial work becomes harder when engineering, machining, fabrication, repair, and installation are divided among multiple suppliers. Premier Industrial Group brings these capabilities together through four integrated divisions, giving you one coordinated team, one purchase order, and one accountable partner from concept through completion.

Engineering-Led Problem Solving
We do more than manufacture what is shown on a drawing. Our in-house engineers work directly with customers, machinists, welders, fabricators, millwrights, and field technicians to solve problems, improve designs, reverse engineer obsolete components, and develop solutions that work in real production environments.

Built for Difficult Work
Premier specializes in complex, critical, and time-sensitive projects—including oversized components, tight tolerances, challenging materials, incomplete documentation, legacy equipment, and urgent repair situations. When other suppliers say a job is too difficult, too unusual, or outside their capabilities, we are ready to take a closer look.

Faster Response and Less Downtime
When production equipment fails, every hour matters. Because machining, welding, fabrication, engineering, and field services are available in-house, we can diagnose problems, manufacture replacement components, complete repairs, and reinstall equipment without waiting on several disconnected vendors or lengthy OEM lead times.

Clear Accountability
Our customers know who is responsible for their project. We communicate directly, establish realistic expectations, coordinate work across disciplines, and take ownership from the initial conversation through final inspection, installation, and startup.

Flexible Low-to-Mid-Volume Manufacturing
Our operation is designed for the work many large manufacturers and production shops cannot efficiently support. We handle prototypes, one-offs, emergency replacement parts, short production runs, custom assemblies, and repeat low-to-mid-volume orders.

Quality Without Compromise
Quality is built into every stage of our work—from engineering and material control to machining, welding, assembly, testing, and field installation. Our experienced team follows controlled processes, documents work as required, and remains focused on delivering accurate, reliable results the first time.

Skilled People Across Every Discipline
Our growing team includes engineers, machinists, certified welders, fabricators, pipefitters, millwrights, and industrial field service technicians. This depth of expertise allows us to approach each challenge from multiple perspectives and match the right people and capabilities to the project.

A Family-Owned Company That Takes It Personally
Premier Industrial Group is family-owned, hands-on, and built around long-term customer relationships. Our leadership stays close to the work, decisions are made quickly, and every project matters because our reputation—and our name—is attached to the result.

One Team. One Purchase Order. One Responsible Partner.

Whether you need a precision-machined component, a fabricated assembly, an emergency machinery repair, or complete on-site installation support, Premier Industrial Group has the people, equipment, and experience to move your project forward.
